Sauna

Our wood fired sauna is nestled away in the heart of Kingston on thirty-three acres of beautiful South Downs countryside.

This simple set-up brings the focus on the therapeutic benefits of the sauna’s healing heat, and if you are brave enough, we also have a cold plunge pool and an outdoor shower that will leave you feeling invigorated.

The sauna holds 8 people in community style sessions, but can be booked for private hire.

Your session

We are a community sauna so you may enjoy your session with others. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable throughout their time at Lovebrook so you are welcome to dress in a way that feels best for your body. Although the traditional sauna is nude, for our community sessions we ask all participants to be covered below the waist. E.g. trunks or bikini bottoms. However, we are gender inclusive so all chests may be uncovered.

Please bring

2x towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with.

• Sauna covering: bikini, swimsuit, sarong, trunks - whatever feels most comfortable.

• Bottle of water for rehydration

• Flip flops (Perfect for a dash to the cold plunge)

• A dry robe is a nice extra but not essential.

Changing area is basic and limited, so join us ready to sauna.
