Nature & Climate projects

  • We are improving the health of our soil year on year through regenerative farming, and we’re implementing our plan to increase biodiversity and carbon sequestration.

  • We have started to create areas of re-naturing, chalk wildflower meadow, ponds and tree planting.

    Planned for 2024:

  • We’re building a South Downs Way ecological hub, to include: Off-grid sustainable construction, guest rooms for cyclists and walkers, and activity and education space for guests.

  • History exhibition – How does a village feed itself? - The 1000 year history of strip farming in Kingston.

  • Linking the land – creating a wildlife corridor from Kingston.

  • Bees, chickens & animals for a permaculture system.
