A farm for planet and people

Lovebrook is a for-benefit organisation based across thirty three acres in the beautiful South Downs village of Kingston. This ambitious project includes regenerative farm & forest garden, therapeutic community wellbeing days, trainee farmers course, farm shop, camping and a programme of rewilding, ponds and tree planting.

A week at Lovebrook

Every week, our busy programme benefits over 100 people from the local and surrounding areas through participating in one of our activities.

Mondays

  • Permaculture volunteer drop-in course. 10am – 1.30pm - with a shared community lunch from the market garden. All welcome, including social prescribing and self referrals.

Tuesdays

  • Market garden drop-in volunteer session. 10am – 1.30pm - with a shared community lunch from the market garden. All welcome, including social prescribing and self referrals.

  • Veg Bag Delivery Scheme - we harvest, pack and deliver our regeneratively grown, chemical free veg to Kingston and Lewes residents.

Wednesdays

  • Wellbeing and development days for local charity organisations.

Thursdays

  • .Women's Wellbeing in Nature Group. Higher support eco-therapeutic course for women only. Contact us for details for the next course starting April 2024.

Fridays

  • Regenerative Entrant Farmer Traineeship. 8-month course providing an introduction to regenerative and market gardening, for trainees looking to begin their journey into employment, or setting up their own projects.

  • Flowery Fridays. PYO fresh flowers 10am-3pm from Spring 2024.

Saturdays

  • Lovebrook Farm Shop – 9am until 12pm - come and fill your baskets with lovely fresh, local produce from our own market garden and other local and organic suppliers.

  • Lewes Farmers Market – 1st & 3rd Sat of the month. 9am-1pm

  • Intergenerational Nature club – for 3 year olds upwards. Drop in outdoor education & arts and crafts. 10am - 12pm.
