A farm for planet and people

Lovebrook is a for-benefit organisation based across thirty three acres in the beautiful South Downs village of Kingston. This ambitious project includes regenerative farm, food forest, therapeutic community wellbeing days, trainee farmers course, farm shop, camping and a programme of rewilding, ponds and tree planting.

A week at Lovebrook

Every week, our busy programme benefit many people from the local and surrounding areas through participating in one of our activities.

Monday:

Community Volunteer Session: 10am-1pm

Join us on the farm for fresh air, nature connection and a hearty community lunch. This session with Kamil has a focus on permaculture, agroecology, and increasing biodiversity around the farm.

 

Tuesday: 

Community Volunteer Session: 10am-1pm

Veg Boxes

Tuesdays is the biggest harvest day of the week - when we pick and pack for our veg box customers and you can subscribe here!

 

Wednesday:

Grow Cook Eat @Lovebrook course

This is a land based, practical 4 week course where we come together in community to grow, cook and eat together. Learn new skills with Abi on the market garden and in the Lovebrook kitchen.

 

Thursday:

Wellbeing Days for Groups & Organisations:

Individually curated days for charity and community groups. We facilitate days to experinece the therapeutic benefits of nature connection, wellbeing practices, fresh organic food, and exploring the individual objectives of the group.

 

Friday:

Morning Yoga: 8.30-9.30am

Join Hannah for a morning yoga class in the Kingston Parish Hall. All bodies and abilities are welcome in this inclusive class. 

 

Market Gardening Traineeship:

8 month course, spending a full day per week on the land over a whole season, learning the techniques around no-dig, regenerative market gardening in a hands-on, practical course. Current course full, the next course begins March 2026.

 

Saturday:

Lewes Farmers Market: 9am-1pm

First and Third Saturdays of the month

Sauna sessions

Weekly sauna sessions in our wood fired sauna and cold plunge. Book here.

 

Sunday:
